WELCOME TO OUR SUP YOGA CLASSES IN MUNICH!
This course offers you the opportunity to strengthen your body and enjoy the fantastic backdrop of the Olympic Lake. SUP yoga brings you into balance – between tension and relaxation.
When you arrive at the boat hire shop, you will be given your board and a briefing by the instructor. To warm up your muscles, you paddle across the lake to the course spot. Then off you go: the flow of movement on the floating yoga mat promotes your sense of balance and concentration and strengthens your deep muscles.
The yoga practice also benefits from the space of nature and the rocking board as a base, which allows you to reach a deep meditative state and calm your mind. After the course you paddle back to the boat rental together.

PS: Wear sportswear and ideally take a change of clothes with you, just in case. Swimwear is not necessary 😉
