Let’s ignite a passion for exercise together and experience unforgettable days full of fun, sport and adventure! The AOK Bayern SUP ‘n’ Roll Tour is a free sports event series for all sports enthusiasts who want to enjoy active days in the beautiful countryside.

Discover the fascinating world of Stand Up Paddle (SUP), the Signature BLACKROLL® Classes and experience a varied, challenging program.

The sporting events take place at various locations – Tegernsee, Untreusee, Ammersee and Brombachsee always from 11 am to 5 pm, so that you have the opportunity to explore new waters and enjoy nature in all its glory.

SPORTS COURSES

Our team of experienced coaches and instructors will support you during the stand up paddle courses and help you improve your balance and paddling techniques. During functional training, you will be guided by experts to increase your strength, endurance and coordination and get you in top form. The fun factor is included! 😉

This course offers you the opportunity to strengthen your body while taking in the fantastic scenery by the lake. SUP yoga brings you into balance – between tension and relaxation. The flow of movement on the floating yoga mat promotes a sense of balance and concentration and strengthens the deep muscles. The yoga practice also benefits from the space of nature and the rocking board as a base, which allows you to reach a deep meditative state and calm your mind.

This course gives you the opportunity to really work out on the SUP in a fantastic lake setting. You work with your own body weight, focusing on strengthening and mobilizing the core muscles. The perfect workout to strengthen yourself for everyday life and for your (sporting) hobbies 🙂

Stand up paddling is an attractive water sport with a high fun factor. Paddling also trains balance and coordination, making it a health-promoting sport. In this course you will learn the basic techniques of paddling. Of course, a few tricks and tips are also a must 😉

This training method is suitable for anyone who finds normal strength training too monotonous. With the help of colorful resistance bands in different lengths and strengths, this method creates new stimuli and activates new structures. These improve strength, endurance and coordination. This workout is suitable for effectively improving performance and preventing injuries, as it trains coordination skills in particular.

This active relaxation course includes fascia training with targeted trigger point compression and additional light strengthening. Mobilizing the “hardened” muscle strands – with the help of a fascia roller, fascia ball and trigger tools – leads to subsequent relief of the fascia and makes the whole body more supple. Ideal for all types of tension as well as for people with a high sports workload.

In the HIIT cardio course, maximum exertion peaks alternate with interval relief phases. The exercises are done with your own body and mostly come from the “functional movement” sector. The metabolism is thus set to burn fat and build muscle and endurance performance increases. The intensity can be individually adjusted and self-regulated. But don’t worry – we’ll get the maximum out of you! Sweating is guaranteed 😉 And good music is included.

The combination of fascial exercises and yoga deepens the physical alignment of the individual asanas. The quality of your yoga practice increases through the interlocking of the resolution of individual pain points with the help of fascia training and the simultaneous mobilization of the entire body in yoga practice.

How old do I have to be to take part?

  • You must be at least 16 years old

Can I take several courses in one day?

  • Yes, with pleasure. As we always have two courses (water and land) running parallel to each other, please make sure that your courses have different start times (e.g. 2 pm and the next one at 3 pm)

Can I book more than one place (e.g. for friends) on a course?

  • So that everyone has the opportunity to take part, we kindly ask you to book only one place for yourself per slot. We count on your collegiality and thank you for your understanding.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

  • We usually provide mats for the sports courses. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Do I need a swimsuit for the sports courses?

  • The choice of clothing depends on the type of sports course. For water-based courses such as stand-up paddling, it is advisable to wear a swimsuit or swimming trunks as you may get wet. For other courses we recommend comfortable sportswear.

Do I need to bring my own equipment for stand-up paddling?

  • We provide the stand-up paddle equipment, such as paddles and boards, for the courses. You don’t need to bring your own equipment. However, it is advisable to wear suitable clothing and possibly bring a waterproof bag for personal belongings, a change of clothes and a towel.
