SUP YOGA on the Olympic Lake

Are you looking for a combination of effective training and relaxation?
WELCOME TO OUR SUP YOGA CLASSES IN MUNICH!

This course offers you the opportunity to strengthen your body and enjoy the fantastic backdrop of the Olympic Lake. SUP yoga brings you into balance – between tension and relaxation.

When you arrive at the boat hire shop, you will be given your board and a briefing by the instructor. To warm up your muscles, you paddle across the lake to the course spot. Then off you go: the flow of movement on the floating yoga mat promotes your sense of balance and concentration and strengthens your deep muscles.

The yoga practice also benefits from the space of nature and the rocking board as a base, which allows you to reach a deep meditative state and calm your mind. After the course you paddle back to the boat rental together.

An exciting addition for yoga beginners and advanced yogis in summer.

PS: Wear sportswear and ideally take a change of clothes with you, just in case. Swimwear is not necessary 😉

PREREQUISITES

MINIMUM AGE: 14 years

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: 9 participants per course

DATA COLLECTION AND PARTICIPATION DECLARATION: For reasons of liability, we are obliged to record your data. Please fill out the declaration of participation on site and “check in” before you start the course. Our trainer will help you with this.

HEALTH: We prefer you to be physically and mentally fit at the start

INVOLVEMENTS: We do not exclude anyone in general and are happy to welcome anyone who dares. To avoid disappointment, please check with us beforehand whether we can make the course possible for you

EXCLUSION CRITERIA: We cannot give permission to start to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. SUPs may only be used by guests who can swim
