Yoga on the stand up paddle is a perfect full-body workout.
The flow of movement on the floating yoga mat promotes a sense of balance and concentration, while new movement stimuli comprehensively train the deep muscles. The yoga practice also benefits from the space of nature and the rocking board as a base, which allows you to reach a deep meditative state and calm your mind. The yoga sequence is taught in a slow flow and complemented by stability poses that fit the ground.
