The route to the Flying Fox leads over ladders, footbridges, narrow steps and uneven surfaces and includes a flight from lofty heights. Even though SAYAQ Adventures M\u00fcnchen GmbH &amp; Co. KG provides equipment for your safety and comfort, the Flying Fox involves physical exertion and therefore requires a reasonable degree of fitness and body control, but also caution. Smoking is expressly prohibited in the belt.<\/p>\n<p>I hereby declare that I am aware of the terms and conditions of SAYAQ Adventures M\u00fcnchen GmbH &amp; Co. KG for the Flying Fox in the Olympic Stadium and that I expressly agree to these terms and conditions. In particular, I assure you,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>that I have no medical condition that would prohibit me from taking a tour (e.g. dizziness, fear of heights, epilepsy, staggering, limb or back injuries, angina pectoris, heart disease, severe or uncontrollable asthma, visual impairments or disorders, depression, recovery period after recent surgery, pregnancy and the like),<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>that I will not take any unauthorized objects onto the Olympic tent roof, in particular no cameras during the construction or dismantling of events and their implementation. Smartphones may only be taken on the tour in the smartphone case. The smartphone case must be attached to the belt and closed at all times during the tour. The smartphone must be set to silent mode and must not be used for phone calls during the tour. The smartphone may only be used as a camera.<br \/>\nSayaq Adventures GmbH accepts no liability for items attached to the harness\/guest (cameras, smartphone cases with smartphones, glasses, keys).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>I will state my weight correctly (for Flying Fox).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>that I enter the facilities of Olympiapark M\u00fcnchen GmbH and those of SAYAQ Adventures M\u00fcnchen GmbH &amp; Co. KG at my own risk and that I undertake the tour at my own risk.
